Rental Move-In Costs

You can expect the following move-in funds needed in order to lease a home:

  • Application fee(s) ($35.00 per adult): Due upon submission of application(s)

  • Pet/No Pet/Animal status profile: 3rd-party pet/animal profile fee may apply. Due upon completion.

  • Security Deposit: Due immediately after application approval.

  • Pet fee(s) (if any): Due upon move-in.

  • Pro-Rated rent for 1st month: Your first month or partial month rent is pro-rated from the day you select to move in and is due on your move-in date.

  • Semi-annual HVAC fee ($75.00): Billed semi-annually on April 1st & October 1st of each year. Due upon move-in for Leases beginning anytime during the months of April or October.


You can expect the following sums due in order to setup utilities*:

  • Electric: $20 setup fee

  • Water: $75 deposit and $24 setup fee

  • Gas: $10 setup fee

*Please note that these fees are separate from Associated Properties’ costs (listed above) and are to be paid to the individual utility companies.
